Waypoint Hotel - Bend

The rooms were spacious and well-organized for storing our ski gear. The hot tub was a perfect end to our ski days, and my girlfriend enjoyed the attentiveness from the staff, who left us a lovely Christmas basket.

My kids wished for a pool for swimming, which would have added more fun to our stay.

It was in the central location nextdoor to restaurant.

Cozy place to stay, well furnished rooms, efficient staff. The hotel had a central location close to everything. Easy check-in was a bonus.

Unexpected room upgrade surprise

Our initial room had a key card issue, but the staff quickly moved us to a larger room with an extra bed. The amenities were good, especially the inviting outdoor fire tables.

Unfortunately, the hallway noise from the street was noticeable at times, which interrupted our relaxation a bit. Plus, the air conditioning unit made some noise during the night.

Location next to downtown areas and very nice parks along the river, restaurants and attractions and Bend downtown. Top-class staff at the reception desk, nicely furnished and generous-sized room. Easy check in and late check out.

Unfortunately the hotel was just being rebuilt so that we had difficulties to find it.

Had a lovely time enjoying the heated pool and the hot tub during my stay. The room was super comfy with a huge TV, although the layout felt a little cramped. Definitely recommend checking out the firepits if you have the time! 😊

The location is great for a quick

Stopover, with easy access to dining and shopping. The room was spacious and quiet with comfort after a long drive. The bathroom could use some updates, as the fixtures appeared a bit dated.

The room was good, the bed was comfortable and all necessary facilities were available.

Room service did not come once, staff somewhat unfriendly

price okay... hotel ok... no highlight but for 100 usd/night great

housekeeping overtaxed and not really good... partly only in the evening at 2030 o'clock in the position to clean the room :-(

great access to parks and unique local attractions nearby

The hotel had a great location for my weekend strolls, with harmon park just over 1.5 km away, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and soaking in the local scenery, while the last blockbuster, a quirky landmark, was only a short walk of around 600 meters from my room was nice. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, always a plus for my solo trips.

Not optimal position

double room was nicely furnished and charming little had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. the breakfast was free overall. the location in a very very nice area was comfortable and perfect and there were a shopping mall and convenience stores nearby. the staff were very helpful people with superior service.

Saltwater pool experience

The facilities with the small but comfortable whirlpool, the location (downtown is within walking distance) and also the staff is great.

We could have done without breakfast with paper cups and plastic cutlery. Neither the food nor the atmosphere were good.
